Most of the time, yes. Designers are of course humans however, so in the event that someone is out sick or on vacation, all our design resources exist in a shared pool with SOPs for your brand. That means your designs stay consistent no matter who works on it.
We collaborate in Asana. Designs are uploaded there, you can give feedback, add new projects, leave notes and files for us, and see as your designs move through our production phases.
For general chats and inquiries, we use WhatsApp and emails.
